How do I create a new cart?
Go to Home and tap Create a Cart to open the Vault. There you can activate or add items you’d want to plan for purchase.
How do I set or edit a cart budget?
Open the cart detail and tap the budget amount to open the Edit Budget popover. You can set the budget upon creating the cart through your Vault.
How do I add items to the Vault?
Use the Add Item (plus) button. You can enter name, category, store, unit, and price manually, or use AI Scan on a product photo to suggest those details. Philippine and US users have offline catalog of everyday items.
How does AI product scan work?
Take or choose a product photo. PocketSave may use on-device OCR and Google Gemini to suggest name, category, unit, package size, and price. Free accounts get 3 AI product scans per month; PocketSave Pro includes unlimited AI product scans.
How do I organize items by category?
Open Vault and use categories and stores to group items. You can also search the product catalog (Philippines and US) for estimated price ranges.
What is the home fridge?
On Home, your fridge shows stickers you can peek, open, and decorate. Stickers come from item photos you capture.
Can I use multiple stores in one cart?
Yes. Items can be assigned to different stores in the same cart, like in real life :)
Where can I see my stores on a map?
Open Vault and use the store map to browse saved store locations and open store details.
How do I mark items as fulfilled?
In Shopping Mode, tap the checkmark beside an item, or swipe left to open actions.
How do I skip an item?
Swipe left to open actions, then use the skip control (orange background).
Can I edit price, quantity, and total together?
Yes. While shopping or adding items, you can edit price, quantity, and total in one place. You can also add items without a price or quantity yet and fill them in later.
How do I fill prices from a receipt?
After Finish Trip, you can scan a receipt photo to fill missing prices. Receipt scanning requires PocketSave Pro.
